Wash & Folde as designed — illuminated sign, glazed black facade, wall-hung machines and the folding counter at dusk

Make the interior the sign.

What is there now is a run of mismatched signage and aluminium storefront, each tenant solving the same problem differently. The proposal collapses it into one continuous dark fascia carrying a single wordmark, with full-height glazing beneath. Machines, folding counter, seating and plants all read from the parking lot — which means the building advertises itself and the sign can afford to be quiet.
