What is inside

Ten rooms. Nothing you should ever have to ask for twice.

Nothing lives in two places: a drawing, a photo or an approval is attached to the record it belongs to — the file lives where the decision lives, and the House Book can find all of it.

01
Project Home

Your dashboard — the record, the pulse, and anything waiting on you, the moment you sign in.

02
Project Pulse

What is happening now: this week on site, the next milestone, and what changed since you last looked.

03
Project Line

Direct communication, attached to the work. Text, photos, drawings and voice notes in one project thread — and a casual “yes, use that” becomes a filed decision, not an undocumented approval.

04
Decision Room

Every selection and approval, presented formally, signed and time-stamped — with the conversation that led to it still attached.

05
Project Stream

The chronological record: updates, photography and documents as the work moves, so you can be away and still be current.

06
Material Board

The finishes, fixtures and materials of your project, held as one living board rather than scattered PDFs.

07
Procurement

The full FF&E schedule with purchase orders, lead times and where every ordered item actually is — released, in production, in transit, received, installed.

08
Field

Construction progress, site questions and field photography — the job as it exists today.

09
Financial

Agreements, draw schedules, invoices and payment by bank transfer or card, inside your Edition.

10
House Book · Building Record

The permanent archive. Warranties, specifications, finish schedules, care instructions — and the full searchable history of the project, kept after completion.

How access begins

Access opens at signature.

01
Inquiry

You begin an Edition. We keep the work moving.

02
Proposal

Scope and investment are defined and agreed. Nothing starts before both are settled.

03
Access opens

Your project record is created at signature, and access is issued to you and anyone you name.

The promise
Kept current

Updated by us, not by you.

Client Access is where our own team works, so what you see is the live set rather than a copy someone remembered to upload.

Private

Your project, and only yours.

Each record is separate. You decide who else is issued access — a spouse, a partner, a property manager, an operator — and at what level.

The House Book

It does not close at completion.

At handover the project becomes its House Book — warranties, specifications, finish schedules, care instructions and the full searchable history, kept for as long as you own the building.

Not a client yet? Begin at Begin an Edition.
If your project is underway and you have not received an invitation, request access — it is typically issued within one business day.
