An exterior repositioning on a commercial corner — new skin, new landscape, and a facade that finally reads from the street after dark.

Deep olive metal panel over a limestone base, a brass-framed entry under an arched monogram, and clipped hornbeam and hedging uplit the length of the frontage. The monument sign carries the tenants without any one of them shouting. We photographed it at dusk on purpose — that is the hour the lighting scheme was drawn for, and a facade like this earns its money between five and seven.
